Alenia Consulting is committed to protecting the privacy and data of its clients, prospective clients, suppliers, candidates for employment with Alenia Consulting and its employees.
As such, Alenia Consulting complies with applicable European law on the protection of personal data and, in particular, the European General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data n°2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (known as "RGPD / GDPR"), as well as all French legal rules adopted in application of this regulation.
The purpose of this page is to provide clear, comprehensive and simple information to data subjects ("you" or "your/yours") on how Alenia Consulting, as data controller, collects and uses personal data about you ("Personal Data") and on the means available to you to control such use and exercise your rights relating thereto.

Alenia Consulting takes into account the principles of data minimisation. As a result, information is collected that is relevant, adequate and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
As part of its personnel management, Alenia Consulting may collect data required to comply with a legal obligation and/or data useful for the administrative management of personnel, work organization and social action (e.g. last name, first name, date of birth, postal address, social security number, bank details, etc.).
As part of its commercial relationship with its clients and prospective clients, Alenia Consulting may collect Personal Data such as surnames, first names, positions, professional contact details and in particular telephone number, fax number, postal address and e-mail address.
We may also collect Personal Data such as your IP address or your connection data to our services if this is necessary to ensure the purpose of the processing of your Personal Data.
Alenia Consulting collects and uses your Personal Data for the purposes of its business and in particular for the following purposes:
Alenia Consulting retains your Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it is collected, subject to the legal possibilities of archiving, obligations to retain certain data, and/or anonymization.

Your Personal Information is confidential and only those Alenia Consulting employees who need access to Personal Information in order to perform their duties may access the Personal Information, without prejudice to its possible transmission to the bodies responsible for control or inspection in accordance with applicable regulations.
Access rights to Personal Information are granted by Alenia Consulting in accordance with the employee's function and are updated in the event of development or change of function. Alenia Consulting employees are bound by confidentiality obligations with respect to your Personal Data.
Our partners and certifying companies may also be required to process Personal Data that is strictly necessary for the performance of the services we entrust to them (IT maintenance, electronic and postal distribution, logistics and catering, verification of compliance with our certified procedures, etc.).
In all cases of transfer of your Personal Data to third parties, Alenia Consulting ensures that the Personal Data transmitted continues to benefit from a level of protection equivalent to that implemented by Alenia Consulting.
Despite these reasonable measures to protect your Personal Data, no transmission or storage technology is infallible.
Therefore, and in accordance with applicable European regulations, in the event of a proven breach of Personal Data likely to give rise to a high risk for the rights and freedoms of the persons concerned, Alenia Consulting undertakes to communicate this breach to the competent supervisory authority and, where required by the said regulations, to the persons concerned (individually or in general, as the case may be). It is also your responsibility to exercise caution to prevent unauthorized access to your Personal Data and to your terminals (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).
In addition, the Alenia Consulting website may provide links to third-party websites that may be of interest to you. Alenia Consulting has no control over the content of these third-party sites or over the practices of these third parties with regard to the protection of any personal data they may collect. Consequently, Alenia Consulting declines all responsibility concerning the processing by these third parties of your Personal Data, which is not subject to the present policy. It is your responsibility to inform yourself about the personal data protection policies of these third parties.
Alenia Consulting endeavours to provide you with clear and precise information about the conditions under which your Personal Data is processed (right of information), and you also have the rights set out in the following paragraphs.
The right of access allows you to obtain from Alenia Consulting all the Personal Data concerning you, as well as confirmation as to whether or not your Personal Data is processed, and the conditions of such processing.
You also have the right to obtain from Alenia Consulting, as soon as possible (and by default, within 30 days), rectification of your Personal Data. Finally, subject to the exceptions provided for by applicable law (e.g.: retention necessary to comply with a legal obligation), you have the right to ask Alenia Consulting to delete your Personal Data as soon as possible in the following cases:
Where the processing of your Personal Data is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in Alenia Consulting, or because of the legitimate interests of Alenia Consulting or a third party, the right to object gives you the right to object to the processing of any Personal Data relevant to your particular situation.
If your Personal Data is processed for canvassing purposes, you have the right regardless of the legal basis for such processing, at any time and free of charge, to object to such processing, including profiling insofar as it relates to such canvassing, whether initial or subsequent processing.

Where processing is based on your consent or on a contract, this right to portability allows you to receive the raw Personal Data you have provided to Alenia Consulting in a structured, commonly used format and to transmit that Personal Data to another controller without Alenia Consulting's interference. Where technically feasible, you may request that such Personal Data be directly transmitted to another controller by Alenia Consulting. Where technically feasible, you may request that such Personal Data be directly transmitted to another controller by Alenia Consulting.
The data affected by portability is limited to the raw data you have transmitted to us, excluding data resulting from work by Alenia Consulting.
When Alenia Consulting processes your Personal Data on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by sending a request to Alenia Consulting (see below "How to exercise my rights"). On the other hand, and in accordance with applicable law, the withdrawal of your consent is valid only for the future and cannot therefore call into question the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to this withdrawal or based on any other grounds such as, for example, the performance of a contract.
If, despite Alenia Consulting's efforts, you feel that your rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. A list of supervisory authorities is available on the European Commission website.
You may exercise your rights relating to the protection of Personal Data by sending us your request, together with a copy of any identity document, as follows:
Alenia Consulting undertakes to respond to your request as soon as possible, and in any event within one month of receipt of your request, which may be extended by two months if necessary due to the complexity and number of requests received by Alenia Consulting.
If your request is made in electronic form, the information will also be provided to you electronically where possible, unless you expressly request otherwise.If we do not comply with your request, we will inform you of the reasons for our inaction and you will have the opportunity to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and/or seek legal redress.
For the purposes of traceability and proof of the deletion of your data, we will retain your request for deletion, the date of the actual deletion and the date of the response sent by Alenia Consulting for a period of five (5) years from the actual deletion of the data.
This Policy is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the event that an amicable agreement cannot be reached, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or the introduction of third parties.
