First of all - as inscribed in our values - we are convinced that expertise and humility are intimately linked, and this drives us every day. Then, we are convinced that the expertise is diverse and varied and all deserve to be developed and shared.
We do this sharing internally every two weeks via “Alenia sharing” but also through our various Blogs, updated each month with new content.Finally, we are organizing for the first time in 2022 the first Conference on Application Production to widely share our reference expertise.
Each Alenian is onboarded into our teams via an onboarding course that is both generalist and adapted to their seniority and expertise. We are then very attached to methodological training: ITIL, Scrum or SAFe for example. And of course, each year we strengthen their benchmark expertise through individual and collective training courses.
